Active Allyship


Fostering an environment where many voices are heard and valued leads to improved collaboration, innovation, and overall employee well-being.  The goal of this team huddle topic is to explore the importance of active allyship and how truly instrumental it is in driving the transformation of an organization’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) & Belonging, from concept to action. Expect to huddle for roughly 15-20 minutes.
